a. Payment for my services will be made by the customer on a monthly basis. Payment must be made in advance of the service being provided.
b. Failure to pay for the service will result in the termination of the service.
c. Automatic renewal of the service can be enabled by the customer.
d. Prices of all services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us.
- Intellectual Property Rights
a. All content included in or made available through any of my services, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used in connection with my services, is the property of CopyBot or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights.
b. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.
c. You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on any of my services.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
a. My services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. I do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
b. I do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
- Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CopyBot, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content made available via the service.
b. I shall not be liable for any damages arising from the inability to use any of my services.
- Governing Law
a. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of California.

a. I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to my website.
